of the online store www.freaksaver.cz

1. Introductory Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between:

    under File No.: C 271873/MSPH
    (hereinafter the “Seller”),
    and the customer (hereinafter the “Buyer”).

  2. The Terms apply to purchases made through the online store available at www.freaksaver.cz, specializing in musical accessories.

  3. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to them.

2. Orders and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

  1. All product presentations on the website are for informational purposes only and are not a binding offer.

  2. The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the Buyer submits the order, pays for the order, and the Seller confirms it via e-mail.

  3. The Buyer is obligated to provide accurate and complete information necessary for order processing.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

  1. All prices are listed including VAT and all applicable fees.

  2. Accepted payment methods:

    • online card payment

    • other methods listed on the website.

  3. The Seller will issue an invoice, which is either sent via e-mail or included in the shipment.

4. Delivery Conditions

  1. Goods offered in the online store are purchased on order. The Seller does not hold all items in stock.

  2. The Seller has up to 7 business days to process and prepare the Buyer’s order for dispatch.

  3. Once the order is processed and handed over for shipping, the delivery time depends on the carrier and the delivery distance. Typical delivery times range from  4 to 20 days, unless stated otherwise.

  4. Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed.

  5. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer when the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  1. A consumer Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

  2. The Buyer may use the withdrawal form available on www.freaksaver.cz or submit the request by e-mail.

  3. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

  4. Returned goods must be complete and preferably in their original packaging.

  5. The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received.

6. Complaints and Warranty

  1. The warranty period is 24 months unless stated otherwise.

  2. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify the Seller of any defects without undue delay.

  3. Complaints may be submitted via the e-mail address listed on the website or in writing to the Seller’s registered office.

  4. The Seller will process the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 30 days.

  5. The Buyer will be informed of the outcome by e-mail.

7. Personal Data Protection

  1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data for order processing, user account management, and marketing (if the Buyer has given consent).

  2. Details regarding the processing of personal data are provided in the Privacy Policy available on www.freaksaver.cz.

  3. The Buyer has rights under the GDPR, including the right of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and others.

8. Final Provisions

  1. Legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms; the current version is always available on the website.

  3. These Terms take effect on 13.11.2025.
